How will the beef be packed?

All Hale Meats offers two options for processed meats. The standard cost includes packaging the meat in plastic wrap then double wrapped with butcher paper. If you would like to upgrade to vacuumed sealed packaging, please message for additional cost.

Can I keep the hide?

Yes, upon purchase of a whole beef, you are welcome to do whatever you wish with any of the components.

How long does it take to process my purchase?

Once the processor begins, the start to finish time is estimated around 4 weeks. We will be in communication with you throughout the process to ensure you have adequate time to prepare your freezer space.

Do I receive the meat fresh or frozen?

Meat is available for pickup frozen from All Hale Meats, packaged to your specifications and ready to go into your freezer.
